  • Identify some introductory strategies to acknowledge, understand, and care for your mental health while pursuing research
  • Articulate who and what makes up your research support ecosystem
  • Start to create your own research agendaResearch agenda An iterative document or statement that provides a roadmap to your short and long term topics and ideas you’d like to research.
