Arlene Haessler, Assistant Branch Manager at Monroe County Public Library, Marathon Branch, Florida, is interested in developing research projects to improve the consistency of staff training as well as patron engagement in online and virtual programming and resources. These research projects are for a small public library system. Arlene is a novice researcher and hope to learn more from someone who is an expert.
