If you are an academic or public librarian with experience staffing a chat reference service, we invite you to take this survey that seeks to understand harassment in chat reference by July 31, 2020. Any academic or public librarian who has staffed chat reference in the past five years is welcome to participate.
All responses are anonymous and will be stored in a password-protected electronic environment. The survey should take less than fifteen minutes to complete.
