Wrap-Up

In this lesson we examined:

  • The benefit of breaking writing into sections
  • How to approach rough drafts, and feelings of perfectionism and self-doubt
  • Time management tools and motivational methods
  • The importance of assessing what works for you

We hope this lesson was useful in getting to better understand several aspects of self-management in the writing process and that you feel prepared to further explore your research project. In Course 5, Lesson 1, you’ll learn about working with editors and peer reviewers.
